Education exists to create future opportunities for learners, and my job as an educator is to make sure that our course information is as accessible as possible to every learner who comes into my classroom, to facilitate their success through active engagement with appropriately challenging materials, timely and actionable feedback, and an organized approach to scaffold their process from day one to the final, so they feel empowered and that they have become more prepared for what is next either scholastically or professionally.
